  • 6:30PM CST: Tennessee Titans vs. Miami Dolphins -2.5; Total 37

The Tennessee Titans have been quite the mess to start this season. It hasn’t been for a lack of trying, as they should easily have a winning record. However, quarterback Will Levis has blown multiple leads and opportunities for the Titans. His awful decisions have held this team back and led to their 0-3 start.

The Dolphins have been dealing with their own hardships after quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was injured with yet another concussion. Last week, Skylar Thompson started at QB on the road against one of the top defenses in the Seattle Seahawks. It went terribly—so bad that Miami went out and picked up QB Tyler Huntley. He can play and has been a reliable backup for Lamar Jackson. I am a Huntley fan, and I know he can win a game like this.

I’m not going to blindly back the Titans because you cannot trust Will Levis. He is awful. Rumors have already started about possible trades for other players on the team. The Titans struggled against the Packers, who have plenty of speed and athleticism. I think the same happens tonight.

  • 7:15PM CST: Seattle Seahawks vs. Detroit Lions -4; Total 47

The Seahawks are one of the few remaining undefeated teams in the NFL, but they must take on the Lions in Detroit. Seattle has played a mostly weak schedule in my opinion and has yet to be truly tested. The Broncos have a bad offense, the Patriots don’t have a great offense, and the Dolphins started Skylar Thompson. Like the Bills last night, a step up in competition may be a rude awakening. They will also be without their two best defensive linemen.

The Lions are a great home team, and I expect a raucous crowd for this Monday Night Football game. Jared Goff has been great in prime time games at home, and this should be no different. The Seahawks have a great defense, but it has yet to be really tested. This is almost a carbon copy of last night’s SNF game. Give me the home team with a few more battle scars.
