College Baseball: #7 Charlottesville and #10 Conway Regionals: Day 2

We have made it to the NCAA Tournament where we will be previewing all of the NCAA Regionals giving as much information as possible. The articles will paired with the regionals that would match up in Supers. We will have wagers throughout the weekend and futures plays for the World Series and Regional winners if they post them. Our wagers are betting 1 unit to win x and for baseball we do not go lower than -165. This is a steep price but there are opportunities where the number should be -200 so this is why that is our limit. Check out our home page where all the regional handicaps will be daily.

NCAA Tournament Record (-4.14 units)

Charlottesville Regional

  • 11:00am cst: #4 Army Black Knights (+205) vs. #3 Oklahoma Sooners (-255)

The Sooners offense should be able to break out in this game to keep their season alive.

Pick: Oklahoma -2.5 (-140)

  • 5:00pm cst: #2 East Carolina Pirates (+140) vs. #1 Virginia Cavaliers (-175)

East Carolina gets its rematch against Virginia from last season but will the outcome be different? ECU destroyed Oklahoma but they will have a much tougher test today against UVA. I do not think this game will be going East Carolina’s way. Virginia will roll once again.

Pick: Virginia -1.5 (-110)

Conway Regional

  • 11:00am cst: #3 UNCW Seahawks (+135) vs. #1 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (-165)

This number is much too light for Coastal to be laying in an elimination game at home.

Pick: Coastal Carolina (-165)

  • 6:00pm cst: #4 Rider Broncos vs. Duke Blue Devils

Rider is in NJ and this game is Off The Board. No play.

Pick: None

College World Series Futures (0-0):

  • Duke 40/1(via Draft Kings)

We will be choosing a College World Series winner out of these groupings so a total of 8. This will be monitored throughout the weekend and updated.

Earlier this season we recommended Duke to win the National Championship when they were around 300/1 to win. Now they are down to 40 and are my choice to win this region and make to out of Supers. They have great pitching and an offense that defeated Virginia twice this season. I like this team a lot.
