I think the 76ers bounce back after getting embarrassed by the Bucks at home. Speaking of embarrassment, the Raptors were killed by the Cavs. The Raptors might have a worse bench than the Nuggets. I like Philly in this one.

• 6:40PM CST: Charlotte Hornets vs. Atlanta Hawks -5.5; Total 226

The Hornets might have a stronger roster than we thought coming into the season. The Hawks were not impressive against Brooklyn, in my opinion. They got hot from three in the first half, and that carried them. I just don’t see it with Atlanta. If Charlotte plays like they did against Houston, they should find some of the same success. I don’t think the Hornets would be 1.5-point favorites against the Nets at home or on the road. I’m taking the points again with the road team.

I think the Lakers have a great size advantage. The Suns were not impressive against the Clippers. I think the Lakers keep it going and so does Anthony Davis.
