NBA Sides Season Record: 38-28-5 (+8.55 Units) — Betting 1 Unit to Win X

  • 6:40pm cst: Phoenix Suns -3.5 vs. Atlanta Hawks; Total 249.5

This is one of those NBA games that looks so obvious where you should take the Suns laying a short number. Not so fast! The Hawks are cold but they have defeated the Suns three games in a row but if you look further into the matchup, they were some beat up Suns teams of the past regime. The Suns are well rested and they should be able to take advantage of a down Hawks team. The Suns are hot so let’s ride this heat wave.

Pick: Suns -3.5 (-105) [via DraftKings]

  • 7:00pm cst: Golden State Warriors -8.5 vs. Memphis Grizzlies; Total 224.5

This skeleton crew of the Memphis Grizzlies continues to be underrated. Are they good? Not necessarily but they play hard. Some would say that is a rarity in the NBA. Too many points once again and I will back Memphis here. They are on a back to back but like I said, the majority of these players are taking advantage of the playing time they are getting.

Pick: Grizzlies +8.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 8:00pm cst: Portland Trail Blazers vs. Denver Nuggets -12.5; Total 218.5

The Nuggets are a great team but they have not been blowing teams out like they were last season. Portland on the other hand is a team like Memphis who is playing hard almost every night out. Road team but they are a juicy road dog. I’ll take the bait.

Pick: Trail Blazers +12.5 (-112) [via DraftKings]
