Dirtbags MLB Wednesday

Yesterday’s DDSN Player of the Day is Yan Gomes who was 4/4 with 1 HR, 2 R & 3 RBI.

Follow us on twitter after we get y’all some winners! This will help us grow as we continue to dominate MLB.

These prices are per Draft Kings, which are similar to FanDuel if those are available to you. Some use off shore accounts that have more juice than what is listed or are unavailable. If H+R+RBI is unavailable to you then I suggest you split a 1 unit bet 33% each or whatever % you’d like to 1 or 2 hits, 1 run & 1 RBI. You should get + money on 2/3 of those and that will help long term. Or find a way to pair them up in 2’s or 3’s (parlay). For baseball season, I personally bet 1 unit to win X and don’t lay more than -160. This is refers most to player props. Questions? Just ask!

Early Slate

Evening Slate

  • 6:00pm cst: Seattle Mariners (-115) vs. Philadelphia Phillies

The Mariners earned a nice road win last night against the Phillies. Logan Gilbert will be on the mound against Taijuan Walker. Phillies have been good bouncing back after losses so I am hesitant to go with the Mariners. I really like Alec Bohm in this matchup but they Phillies continue to burry him down the lineup. Logan Gilbert strikeout are also a bit too juiced so I’m passing this game. I feel like it will be a Phillies win.

Pick: NA

  • 6:00pm cst: Washington Nationals vs. New York Mets (-200)

The Mets were shut out by the Nationals last night and I’m not too sure that will happen again. New York is on a 3 game losing streak and with Kodai Senga on the mound I believe they snap that streak today. I’m going to lean on the Mets and the batters who enjoy LHP.

Pick: Kodai Senga Strikeouts Over 5.5 (+115)

Pete Alonso H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (-110)

  • 6:00pm cst: Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves

The Marlins are on a 3 game losing streak but only 4 games back from the Braves. Tonight Sandy Alcantara will take the mound for the Marlins against a very hot young Braves pitcher in Bryce Elder. Some of the Braves batters feel comfortable hitting against Sandy. I prefer to lean of the strong arms in this game.

Pick: Bryce Elder Strikeouts Over 5.5 (+110)

  • 6:30pm cst: San Diego Padres vs. Chicago Cubs (-110)

Drew Smyly will be on the mound for the Cubs who almost pitched a perfect game the last time he was on the mound. Normally I would not back a pitcher off a performance like that but the Cubs are the way to go here. Padres bats are cold and Smyly is still the better pitcher over Michael Wacha.

Pick: Cubs (-110)

Dansby Swanson H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (-125)

Ian Happ H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (-105)

Night Slate

  • 8:30pm cst: Oakland Athletics vs. Los Angeles Angels (-240)

Young Luis Medina is making his first career big league start for Oakland tonight. I wanted to bet on this young Dominican but he isn’t much of the power pitcher only averaging 3.6 strikeouts per 9 innings. The price is too high to back the Angels’ Patrick Sandoval looking to bounce back from a rough outing against the Yankees. Let’s take some plus money shots with some A’s that like LHP.

Pick: Brent Rooker H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (+120)

Jesus Augilar H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (+125)

  • 8:30pm cst: St. Louis Cardinals vs. San Francisco Giants (-110)

This is an easy one for me with the Cardinals having Steven Matz on the mound tonight. The Giants somewhat struggle against LHP and a few of the Cardinal players have good number against the Giants. I’ll take the road team here.

Pick: Cardinals (-110)

Paul Goldschmidt Hits Over 1.5 (+190)

Tyler O’Neil H+R+RBI Over 1.5 (-115)
