College Basketball Season Record: 87-79-7 — Betting 1 Unit to Win X

  • 11:00pm cst: Michigan Wolverines -3.5 vs. Penn State Nittany Lions; Total 154

We took Penn State on the road against Michigan State and they got railed. Now, they are back home as dogs playing a true fraud squad in Michigan. The Wolverines are a favorite on the road after losing at home to Minnesota? I’m not buying it. I still feel this Penn State team is decent and if they can play some defense after a poos game vs. MSU they can win here.

  • 2:00pm cst: South Florida Bulls vs. UAB Blazers -4; Total 150

This game is close to even for me. What separates the two is easy: defense. If South Florida can play defense they can keep this game close. UAB struggled earlier in the week against UTSA so they may be vulnerable enough for this hot USF squad. I’ll take the points.

  • 2:00pm cst: Tulsa Golden Hurricanes vs. East Carolina Pirates -5; Total 143

This should be a good game. Tulsa is coming off a buzzer beater loss against Memphis where they could only make 3PT shots. ECU has been pretty strong at home and has great numbers against Tulsa especially on their home floor. I am fading Tulsa off their close loss where they only shot 3PT. Y’all know I do not like a team that lives and dies with the three.

  • 4:00pm cst: SMU Mustangs vs. Memphis Tigers -7; Total 151.5

As a huge SMU basketball fan, this is definitely a rivalry game. SMU finally has a solid team with a strong defense. Memphis has a great team and defense. They have great big man Nowell who is a difference maker. He will definitely have an advantage. This should be a defensive game but I feel like it stays close.

  • 4:30pm cst: Maryland Terrapins vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers -1.5; Total 135.5

Maryland is coming off an ass whipping from Purdue and Minnesota a nice road win at Michigan. This is a Golden Gophers team with a new mentality and a very underrated offense. I like them to take the win here and flex their muscles. Terrapins do not have a good offense and it is very hard to trust them.

Pick: Minnesota -1.5 (-108) [via DraftKings]

  • 6:30pm cst: Michigan State Spartans -3 vs. Northwestern Wildcats; Total 136

MSU has finally started to turn the corner. Northwestern was absolutely embarrassed. The Wildcats are a strong home team and I am expecting a bounce back after that performance.
