College Basketball Season Record: 81-77-7 — Betting 1 Unit to Win X
11:00pm cst: North Carolina Tar Heels vs. Clemson Tigers -3; Total 158.5
Those that have been following along with us all season, y’all know that I am high on this Tar Heel team but their lack of a reliable bench worries me. Now, they must face a tough Clemson team coming off a blowout road loss to Miami. We also know UNC struggles against what Clemson excels at: 3PT shooting and rebounding. Clemson loves to rebound and this could be a problem with Carolina’s lack of depth in the paint. Huge spot for Clemson at home and I am backing the Tigers.

11:30am cst: Kentucky Wildcats vs. Florida Gators -3.5; Total 168
This spread feels like the Oregon vs. Washington game the other night. In a long time UW was never favored over Oregon and now the same with Florida. Kentucky is one of the best teams in the country. Florida has played teams tough but doesn’t really have that signature win after Pitt, FSU and Michigan have been pretenders so far. Other than Florida being at home, I really don’t have many positives on Florida other than they are a great rebounding team. If this game was during the week and Florida was getting points, I would be more inclined to back them on the situation but not today.

12:00pm cst: St. John’s Red Storm vs. Villanova Wildcats -4.5; Total 143
This St. John’s team has been flying below the radar after a slow start to the season. They are starting to figure out their offense to go around with their strong rebounding. Villanova escaped Xavier earlier in the week. I have a feeling this is going to be another close game for Villanova where St. John’s may even steal a road win.

1:00pm cst: Auburn Tigers -2.5 vs. Arkansas Razorbacks; Total 157.5
Auburn will be walking into an extremely hostile environment today. Arkansas has Keyon Menifield in the lineup after being freed from the NCAA. This is a huge upgrade for the Razorbacks. Auburn is on quite the run since being upset by App State. Arkansas will be a different team offensively with Menifield at the point. This is where Arkansas turns their season around. When I wrote this last night Auburn was favored by 3 and now it’s down to 2. I still like Arkansas to win today.

3:30: Appalachian State Mountaineers -3.5 vs. Troy Trojans; Total 144.5
I love this Troy team. The Trojans are dogs here against a solid App State side but I thought they were going to be favored. I like the way they press and pressure almost for the whole game and they do it as much as anyone in the country. Troy has had success against App State and I am going to ride the hot hand at home.

5:00pm cst: Iowa State Cyclones vs. Oklahoma Sooners -2.5; Total 139
We are very long on this Oklahoma team because of their athleticism and defense. Oklahoma also has a pretty good offense too. Iowa State has started the season off to a slow start after high expectations. The Cyclones have been untested since their struggles in the out of conference tournaments.

8:00pm cst: Colorado State Rams vs. Utah State Aggies -2; Total 150.5
We have a great Mountain West battle today against two hot teams. Because of the Rams’ hot start this Aggies team has been under the radar. Utah State has been great against Colorado State and at home it is even better.

9:00pm cst: Oregon Ducks vs. Washington State Cougars -1; Total 139.5
Again, Oregon is not getting very much respect from the market. The Ducks are starting to figure their team out despite injuries to their star players. Wazzu is off to a good start but they will be tested in this game. I rather back the Ducks once again on the road because they are a veteran squad playing great right now.
