  • 1:15pm cst: Rutgers Scarlet Knights -2.5 vs. Miami Hurricanes; Total 41.5

This game will be rainy and a bit cold at Yankee Stadium in New York. This is like a Super Bowl atmosphere for the Rutgers players. What is it for the Miami Hurricanes? A nightmare. These Miami players will not be ready for that cold weather. There will be heaters on the Miami sidelines while the Rutgers defense and offensive line will be foaming at the mouth to get more hits in. The Hurricanes also struggle with the run. The Scarlet Knights will also have the advantage at head coach. Everything lines up perfectly for Rutgers and I am in agreement with all of it.

Pick: Rutgers -2.5 (-110) [via BetOnline]

  • 4:45pm cst: North Carolina State Wolfpack vs. Kansas State Wildcats -3; Total 47.5

Kansas State has had a good amount of transfers but so has NC State. The Wildcats will be without QB Will Howard but the backup Avery Johnson is a great player for a freshman. Brennan Armstrong will start at QB for NC State and they finished the season on a good note winning their last five games. I think K-State rallies like USC did last night with players who may not have played much this season but are seizing their opportunity to get into the rotation for next year. I am not a Brennan Armstrong fan and I am very high on Avery Johnson. I like this Kansas State team ready to bounce back after a disappointing end to the season with players who have bought into EMAW Nation.

Pick: Kansas State -3 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 8:00pm cst: Arizona Wildcats -2 vs. Oklahoma Sooners; Total 58.5

I have a feeling this will be a great game. I am not too worried about Oklahoma playing without Dillon Gabriel because the backup Arnold is highly touted. What I am concerned about when it comes to Oklahoma is the fact that they have lost the majority of their offensive line via transfer and opt out. I am extremely high on Arizona QB Noah Fifita and I am expecting a huge game from him. This is the Alamo Bowl so you know there will be plenty of points scored. I prefer the Arizona defense and QB so that makes it easy for me to side with the Wildcats in this one. They are the superior team in my opinion. This is also a huge game for Arizona as they will be heading to the Big 12 next season. A great measuring stick opportunity to put the new conference on notice.

Pick: Arizona -2 (-112) [via DraftKings]
