College Football Record: 94-95-8 . Betting 1 Unit to Win X.

  • 11:00am cst: Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Michigan Wolverines -3; Total 45.5

Will the Michigan Wolverines make it three in a row against Ohio State? Or will the Buckeyes finally win one and avenge their last two embarrassing losses to the Wolverines. I have not been impressed one bit by Ohio State. They struggled for the most part against Notre Dame and Penn State. Although they won both games they still had difficulty moving the ball. If Penn State had a competent offense they probably win that game. Michigan has a strong defense that should give them difficulty. The Wolverines are also at home. I do not trust JJ McCarthy who hasn’t thrown the football in months it feels like. I am trusting the home team’s defense, running game and that they have been saving McCarthy for this game on purpose.

Pick: Michigan -3 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 11:00am cst: Texas A&M Aggies vs. LSU Tigers -12.5; Total 67

It is senior day in Baton Rouge and the Aggies have already had their heartwarming home game victory last week. It is also the last opportunity for Jayden Daniels to wow Heisman voters. I expect LSU to beat up on A&M. Per usually, it will depend on if the defense decides to show up or not. I’m laying the points as a major fade on A&M getting ready for a exodus / rebuild this winter.

Pick: LSU -12.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 11:00am cst: Kentucky Wildcats vs. Louisville Cardinals -7.5; Total 49.5

In my opinion, this hook on the 7 is begging for Kentucky money. Louisville head coach Jeff Brohm can smell blood in the water now that FSU QB Jordan Travis is injured. There is now an outside shot Louisville can make the CFP. This mean, that the Cardinals will be look for the ol’ BCS style points in this game. I think Louisville is the much better team and Kentucky has struggled all season against speed. I like Louisville to run in up in a rivalry they have the upper hand in once again.

Pick: Louisville -7.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:30pm cst: Alabama Crimson Tide -14 vs. Auburn Tigers; Total 47

Please, ignore this when you hear someone say, “This is the Iron Bowl! Anything can happen.” Wrong. Anybody with two eyes and a brain that has watched Auburn play this year knows they do not have a quarterback or a defense that can play four quarters. NMSU sliced up Auburn (which we called last week) and now Alabama in a must win game should do the same. Alabama has to beat Auburn convincingly if they want a chance to sneak into the playoffs assuming they defeat Georgia. I rather bet Bama and lose than trust Payton Thorne to have the game of his life.

Pick: Alabama -14 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:30pm cst: Virginia Tech Hokies -2 vs. Virginia Cavaliers; Total 53.5

Wrong team is favored here in my opinion. Virginia only has three wins but if they can keep a five win Hokie team out of a bowl game and finish the season with a victory it will be an accomplishment. Virginia has been a much better team this season and whichever quarterback starts today I expect them to have a great game. I like the Freshmen but if Muskett starts he is a bit more controlled with the football.

Pick: Virginia +2 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:30pm cst: Northwestern Wildcats vs. Illinois Fightin Illini -6; Total 47.5

Northwestern is now bowl eligible after only having one win last season. Now, Illinois will be trying to do the same with a win today. Northwestern has improved especially from the QB position. This number has runaway a bit in my opinion and it is a good time to back NW. Illinois shouldn’t be favored by six over anyone.

Pick: Northwestern +6 (-112) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:00pm cst: Washington State Cougars vs. Washington Huskies -15.5; Total 65.5

This seems like a high number but this is a massive game for Washington. This Huskies team also killed Wazzu last season on the road when the Cougars had a better team than this year. Washington knows they must win and they also need to make it look good. Also, it is another opportunity for Michael Pennix to put up some Heisman stats. Washington’s defense should dominate here at home.

Pick: Washington -15.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:00pm cst: Jacksonville State Gamecocks -3 vs. New Mexico State Aggies; Total 49

NMSU quarterback Diego Pavia is a home dog once again. These sportsbooks will never learn. He is one of the hottest players in the country getting better each game. NMSU defense is also underrated. They force turnover and have a great pass rush. If this game becomes a shootout I do not know how the Gamecocks can keep up. Wrong team favored here.

Pick: New Mexico State +3 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 6:00pm cst: Florida State Seminoles -6.5 vs. Florida Gators; Total 49

Both of these teams will be without their starting QBs tonight. The difference is a potential spot in the CFP is on the line for the Seminoles in this rivalry game. Florida State’s backup has some experience but this will be the biggest game of his life, on the road and in a rivalry game. This Florida defense has been tough at home and FSU struggled with the Hurricanes running game. I expect the Gators to have a heavy running game. If Florida State wins it will probably by a FG. I think this game will be close.

Pick: Florida +6.5 (-108) [via DraftKings]

  • 7:00pm cst: North Carolina Tar Heels -2.5 vs. North Carolina State Wolfpack; Total 56

North Carolina has been struggling every week while NCST has quietly been on a hot streak winning five of their last six. North Carolina State also has beaten UNC two years in a row. I think they make it three tonight.

Pick: NC State +2.5 (-108) [via DraftKings]

  • 9:30pm cst: Fresno State Bulldogs -4.5 vs. San Diego State Aztecs; Total 47

The last home game for the legendary Aztecs head coach Brady Hoke so I expect a huge game from the Aztecs. They will not be playing in a bowl game this season so this is the last game of the year. I am not sure the health of Fresno QB Mikey Keene either. I will take the points here in what is the Senior Day for the Aztecs with nothing but pride on the line.

Pick: San Diego State +4.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 9:30pm cst: California Golden Bears vs. UCLA Bruins -9.5; Total 51

There was massive resistance when this number got down to UCLA -8. UCLA will be coming off a massive road win against USC. This might be a chance where Cal can steal one or keep the game close. Bowl game is also on the line for Cal. Jadyn Ott should be getting plenty of touches in this game as well.

Pick: Cal +9.5 (-112) [via DraftKings]
