  • 6:30PM CST: Bowling Green Falcons -14 vs. Central Michigan Chippewas; Total 48.5

It’s finally time for MACtion, and those who have been following us know we love these matchups. We always have a side and total for them. Central Michigan has been down this year. They are not good at all. As of late, they have been able to keep pace with teams at the bottom of the MAC basement but not the top. Last week, they were stomped by Miami Ohio. Bowling Green comes into this game tied for 2nd place in the MAC. The Chips are at home, but the Bowling Green defense is quite superior in comparison to the CMU offense. I’ll be laying the wood with Bowling Green and playing the OVER. I think we can either get a blowout or points regardless. It should be a little rainy, and I always like that for points.

  • 7:00PM CST: Miami Ohio RedHawks -12 vs. Ball State Cardinals; Total 48

This is a huge matchup in the MAC standings. The winner will either be tied for second or in third place. I am expecting this to be a tight game. In recent years, both teams have played each other tough in grind-out games. Ball State has also been great at home, so you know they will give Miami OH a tough game. The only problem is that the Ball State defense is rated towards the bottom in the country, while Miami OH is rated in the Top 40. These matchups have gone under the total in the past, but with 100% rain in the forecast and these two defenses putting up plenty of points lately, I think this game will go OVER the total once again. Ball State will keep this game close.
