Official add on X at 10:47AM CST.

Play: Notre Dame -13.5 (-115) [via BetOnline]

  • 11:00AM CST: Washington Husies vs. Indiana Hoosiers -5.5

We know that Indiana just won one of the biggest games in school history by wiping the floor clean with the Nebraska Huskers. They also lost their starting QB, who has been great for them. Next man up. The last time we saw Washington, they got overpowered by Iowa, and Iowa doesn’t have a great passing attack. I think that’s key. However this new QB plays, it is probably on par with the Iowa starting QB. From what I saw last Saturday, this Hoosiers team is no joke. Emphasis on “team.” These boys will pick up their teammates and steamroll Washington. It doesn’t matter who is playing at QB. Buy the dip, sell the rip.

Play: Indiana -5.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 11:00AM CST: North Carolina Tar Heels vs. Virginia Cavaliers -3

This one is simple. North Carolina has one of the worst defenses in the country. They are struggling against everyone they face. Virginia has a young roster that is growing confident weekly. I am a big fan of QB Anthony Colandrea. He’s a gunslinger, and that will be the perfect recipe to slap around the Carolina defense. Virginia even defeated UNC last season on the road as 24.5 underdogs.

Play: Virginia -3 (-115) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:30PM CST: BYU Cougars vs. UCF Knights -2.5

The rat trap of the weekend. Undefeated BYU is an underdog on the road against UCF. The last time we thought BYU was the rat line of the weekend, they ended up kicking the tar out of Baylor. This game is a little different. We saw against Oklahoma State that BYU struggled not only against the run but against a running quarterback. Rangel for OSU was giving BYU problems until he broke his collarbone. UCF prides itself on their running game with a dual-threat QB. I think this will give BYU issues. Give me the Knights to hand BYU their first loss of the season.

Play: UCF -2.5 (-115) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:15PM CST: Texas Longhorns -17.5 vs. Vanderbilt Commadores

I think we will have ourselves an old-fashioned shootout. Texas is coming off a loss to Georgia, and this is quite frankly Vanderbilt's Super Bowl. The Commodores, for the first time in their existence, have a chance at New Year's Six/College Football Playoff dreams becoming a reality. Texas has a great defense, but the issue seems to be Quinn Ewers post-injury. He settled down in the second half but still does not look like he did prior to his injury. Diego Pavia and this offense will be locked in for an upset. I think it’ll be a shootout. I’ll take the 17 and this short total to go over.

Play: Vanderbilt +17.5 (-112) [via DraftKings]

  • 6:00PM CST: West Virginia Mountaineers vs. Arizona Wildcats -5

We continue to talk about this WVU team is dead with dead man walking head coach Neal Brown at the helm. Lame duck. Arizona and this offense finally gets things going and finally dishes out some must needed punishment on an opponent. I played this at -3 but still posting at -5.

Play: Arizona -5 (-112) [via DraftKings]

  • 6:30PM CST: Penn State Nittany Lions -6.5 vs. Wisconsin Badgers

It doesn’t look like we are going to see a -7 with Penn State. I still love the Badgers in this game. Wisconsin is underrated, and with their new QB from the state of Texas, they were given an offensive jolt. They also have a solid defense. It’s finally time for this fraudulent Penn State to pick up their first loss of the season. The Badgers match up well, and with the home field advantage, I smell an upset. Wisconsin will win this one outright.

Play: Wisconsin +6.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 6:30PM CST: LSU Tigers vs. Texas A&M Aggies -1

This number has gone from Texas A&M -3 to -1. Much of this is due to the LSU domination of Arkansas (don’t remind me). Arkansas beat themselves. LSU didn’t have to do much, and the Razorbacks handed them an easy win. This is the biggest game in A&M history since Johnny Manziel was in College Station. This game will be determined by the two quarterbacks and which one turns the ball over the least.

Nussmeier has been heralded as the best QB in the country, but I disagree. Turn on the Ole Miss tape. This A&M defense is much better than Ole Miss and Arkansas. Mike Elko should have something cooked up for him. They will also need to worry about the LSU running game—something they struggled with against Notre Dame. I am still going with my gut and the Aggies. I think we were a week early fading LSU. The Aggies will take care of the Tigers, and it will start with the defense. Huge game for both programs. The QB that cracks first will lose the game.

Play: Texas A&M -1 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 7:00PM CST: SMU Mustangs -11 vs. Duke Blue Devils

This Duke defense has been getting a ton of respect, but the problem is the Duke offense. Maalik Murphy has been awful. Their wide receivers are awful. Florida State had some good looks last week, but the defense bailed them out. FSU is also one of the worst Power Five schools. I think the lack of Duke offense finally catches up with the Blue Devils. SMU is high-powered and has been looking like the Pony Express since switching to Kevin Jennings at QB. SMU will eventually overwhelm the Duke defense because they will be on the field too often due to the lack of offense. SMU should run all over Duke and expose their offensive weaknesses.

Play: SMU -11 (-112) [via DraftKings]
