  • 6:30PM CST: Louisville Cardinals -7.5 vs. Boston College Eagles

Another week and somehow another game where Louisville is more than a TD favorite on the road against a capable team like Boston College. BC continues to shoot themselves in the foot with turnovers. Against their last two opponents, Virginia Tech and Virginia, they had three turnovers in each game. Louisville has failed to cover their last two games as a touchdown favorite. The Cardinals also have a date with Clemson on deck next week. They might just be looking past this BC team, even though they have the same record. I think BC takes care of the ball tonight and keeps this game close.

  • 9:30PM CST: Boise State Broncos -3.5 vs. UNLV Rebels

Last night, I foolishly thought Syracuse had a better offense than they did because of the way they sliced up UNLV on the road. A game Syracuse ended up winning. Now, UNLV hosts the top G5 Boise State Broncos in not only a battle for the Mountain West top of the standings but the G5 as well. UNLV had the biggest home games in their history last season, twice against Boise, and both times they were destroyed by Boise. After watching Syracuse last night, I am more convinced that UNLV is not that good, especially defensively. They could also have some problems trying to score if they go down early. I just don’t think UNLV has improved that much since last year to make up for the 24 and 25 point drubbings they endured. I think Boise dominates this game. Like Syracuse last night, UNLV getting 3.5 points looks promising, but it just might be fool's gold in Sin City. The Broncos will roll here behind Ashton Jeanty. Books are leaving that hook out there begging for UNLV money.
