NFL Playoffs Record: (1-3) (-1.21 units)

  • 12:00PM CST: Denver Broncos vs. Buffalo Bills -7.5; Total 48.5

We hit one UNDER yesterday but missed on the spreads. Awful beat with the total in Houston. The Chargers had their worst game of the season. We move on to today’s triple header. We get started with the Denver Broncos heading to Buffalo to take on Josh Allen and the Bills.

This should be a cold game at 31 degrees but we shouldn’t be seeing any snow or wind. Will Bo Nix be ready for his first playoff game? He’ll have the defense to back him up today. We saw Justin Herbert get exposed again in the playoffs. How will Josh Allen fare? What about the Bills defense?

I’m interested to see these matchups today. Riley Moss is back with the DB’s and he’s a huge boost to the Broncos passing defense. This is the type of defense that should give the Bills some trouble like they did last year. This number should be closer to -4 or 5.5 for Buffalo. Giving up 8.5 or 7.5 is too many with this Denver defense. Bo Nix will need to protect the football. I think Josh Allen will have problems with the Broncos pass defense. This won’t be easy for either side. We get a grinder in the snow.

  • 3:30PM CST: Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles -5.5; Total 45.5

This number made much more sense if it was around a field goal. I think it does matter that Jalen Hurts hasn’t played in weeks after his concussion. There’s no telling how he’s doing and if the Eagles kept him out for rest. It’s still a big deal that he hasn’t played in weeks. Jordan Love is also dealing with a potential hand injury that occurred last week. So, his health is also a mystery. It’s not a good sign that the Packers have tons of injuries on the defensive side of the ball. Time will tell who starts today. These two were in a shootout the last time they played earlier in the season. I think we get the same type of game today because of the Packers' lack of defense.

I think the Packers and Jordan Love can keep this game close but it will all depend on the defense. A shootout in Philly plays out.

  • 7:00PM CST: Washington Redskins vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3; Total 51.5

I do not trust the Buccaneers passing defense especially against an offense like the Redskins. The Bucs got torched by Cooper Rush and Spencer Rattler to end the season. Can they hold up against Jayden Daniels and the Skins’ passing attack? I think Kliff Kingsbury will be prepared for this game. We get a shootout but the Bucs pass D won’t be able to keep up.

Play: OVER 51.5 (-105) [via DraftKings]
