I know Serbia has one of the best players in the world in Nikola Jokic but this is a lot of wood for the Serbs to be laying. Puerto Rico is led by pesky guard Jose Alvarado and I do not see them playing without fight. Similar to the France vs. Japan game, I think that we get a close one. There is not a wide gap in competition.

Of course there isn’t a moneyline listed on this game (at least on DraftKings). South Sudan played a great game a week or so ago against Team USA nearly winning it. They probably should have but the refs didn’t blow the whistle underneath the basket on the final play. South Sudan has talent, they can score and now we know they probably will play fearless (again). The US will look to dominate and prove that the last game was a fluke. A little drama with Team USA after Jayson Tatum didn’t play last game. Now, Kerr might force rotations to please the criers. We’ll see. I’m taking the points.
