NFL Preseason Saturday

We are getting closer and closer to the regular season. We will try and have some handicaps for the games using as much information as we can to peel off some winners for y’all.
NFL Preseason Record: (-0.25 units)
12:00pm cst: Indianapolis Colts -3.5 vs. Buffalo Bills; Total 38
The Colts first round draft pick Anthony Richardson will be getting the start at quarterback today. I think that with the Jonathan Taylor drama continuing, the Colts will be looking for newly signed Kenyan Drake to start at running back and they have some solid backups like veteran Zach Moss. They also signed Evan Hull from Northwestern who is a strong running back and should fit in well if he can get some playing time. I am not much of a fan of the Bills’ QBs Matt Barkley and Kyle Allen so I can only go with the Colts here even though they are laying 3.5.
Pick: Colts -3.5 (-110)
12:00pm cst: Tennessee Titans vs. Chicago Bears -3.5; Total 37.5
I would have thought the Titans would be favored today with their quarterback battle going for the last roster spot. I do not think the Titans will carry 3 QBs on the roster all season. It will either be Will Levis or Malik Willis as the backup to Tannehill. With the way Tannehill has performed the past couple seasons, there is no telling how long he will have that starting role either. The Bears do not have much to work without behind Justin Fields with Nathan Peterman (awful) and PJ Walker has potential. Walker will most likely be the #2 QB. I rather back the quarterback competition getting 3.5 points.
Pick: Titans +3.5 (-110)
3:00pm cst: New York Jets vs. Carolina Panthers -3; Total 35
The Jets did not have much luck in their first game against the Browns and now the Panthers are favored. I think the Panthers will be the best team to back here because of the QB rotations they will be using. Panthers will have the Bryce Young debut, but they will also have Matt Coral and Jake Luton getting snaps. Andy Dalton will probably also be involved. Now that this moved off the hook I am backing Carolina.
Pick: Panthers -3 (-110)
4:00pm cst: Jacksonville Jaguars -4 vs. Dallas Cowboys
Jaguars are laying a few too many points here I feel. The Cowboys are very deep on defense and will be looking to get plenty of reps in for a hungry defense. Dallas is also at home so that does not hurt. I also do not like the QBs behind Trevor Lawrence for Jacksonville. I’ll take the 4 with this Cowboys defense.
Pick: Cowboys +4
8:00pm cst: LA Chargers vs. LA Rams -2
I’m backing the Rams solely due to hoping Stetson Bennett gets plenty of playing time and makes some noise. I am high on Bennett and I feel like he landed in the right situation.
Pick: Rams -2 (-110)
