  • 7:15pm cst: New York Giants vs. San Francisco 49ers -10.5; Total 43.5

Looking at this game, alerts sound off because it looks like the 49ers would kill the Giants and they probably should. San Fran did get backdoored against the Rams on Sunday in controversial fashion depending on what side you were on. The 49ers will be without Brandon Aiyuk tonight so that may hurt the passing attack slightly. It is the New York football Giants that have some glaring injury issues. They will be without: RB Saquon Barkley, T Andrew Thomas, G Ben Bredeson. Huge offensive line injuries against a ruthless 49ers defense.

I hate being on the side of 75% of the world but I have tried thinking all week of making an argument for the Giants but I really cannot do it. It started with “Daniel Jones and the Giants are better on the road” and that is all I could come up with. Are these Giants receivers going to find a way to get open? Will Darren Waller make an appearance? I do not mind being contrarian but not for the sake of just being one for the 25% of being correct.

I like this game to go over. There should be offense from the Niners and enough from the Giants in my opinion to get this one over the total. If the Giants play a perfect game then so be it but I do not want to play the Giants +10.5 and praying for 4 quarters they backdoor the game. But it’s possible. I am fading Daniel Jones who looks terrible this season and backing the Niners to destroy the banged up New York offensive line. Good luck to us.

Pick: 49ers -10.5 (-110) & Over 43.5 (-112) [via DraftKings]
