• 6:40PM CST: Brooklyn Nets vs. Atlanta Hawks -7; Total 223.5

The Atlanta Hawks are going to have a rough season this year. They will try their best to be competitive, but with this lineup, it is hard to see that happening. Brooklyn also has a weak roster, but I don’t think it is as bad as the Hawks. I like their starting five. This feels like too many points for a possibly undervalued Nets team.

• 6:40PM CST: Milwaukee Bucks -4 vs. Philadelphia 76ers; Total 222

We saw last night that the new-look Knicks struggled against the Celtics. Yes, the Celts made a wild amount of threes, so you kind of have to just throw that game out. The Bucks have dominated this series, and I just don’t trust this Sixers lineup. We need them to prove it first without Embiid and Paul George.

• 6:40PM CST: Orlando Magic vs. Miami Heat -2; Total 208

Let’s see how good this Magic team is early this season. The Heat played great at home against the Magic when fully healthy. It’s also a contract year for Jimmy Butler, so you know he will be locked in. Did the dressing down Pat Riley gave the team at the end of last season work? We’ll see.

• 9:00PM CST: Phoenix Suns -4.5 vs. LA Clippers; Total 224.5

The Clippers will be debuting their new basketball stadium tonight. Top of the line. We're a little late and should have grabbed a 5.5 earlier. The Clippers, especially under Ty Lue, always give the Suns a tough game. James Harden usually excels as the main focus on offense as well, allowing him to dictate the game and pace. The Suns will have a new head coach this season and a couple of new faces to try and get them over the hump. I’ll take the points in what should be a good game between two teams that don’t like one another.
