It’s time for the NBA Playoffs! We had a great NBA season winning over seven units but it’s time for the playoffs. We will have plays on the spread for each game as we did last season when we were very successful. This season we are including our props that are also good to use in PrizePicks lineups from our Prop Department thanks to the dynamic duo of the Wizard and Genie. Let’s go!

• 6:00pm ct: Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers -5.5; Total 207.5

The Sixers are coming into the game as one of the hottest teams in the Eastern Conference and the NBA. The Heat have been dealing with some injury issues, but they are always game when facing the Sixers. This has somewhat become a rivalry ever since Jimmy Butler was not retained in Philly, where they instead preferred signing Ben Simmons to a long-term deal. As hot as the Sixers are, Jimmy Butler is always a formidable opponent, even on the road. The road is where the Heat thrive. I am taking the points in this game until the 76ers and Joel Embiid prove otherwise. This will be Nick Nurse’s first big test as the head coach of the Sixers.

The Hawks have loss six games in a row coming into this game ice cold. The Bulls have been moving in the opposite direction. Bulls have also had nice success against the Hawks this season as well. I have to back Chicago and the short number. It’s difficult to trust a road team on a six game losing streak that has struggled against the home team.
