It’s time for the NBA Playoffs! We had a great NBA season winning over seven units but it’s time for the playoffs. We will have plays on the spread and total in each game as we did last season when we were very successful. This season we are including our props that are also good to use in PrizePicks lineups from our Prop Department thanks to the dynamic duo of the Wizard and Genie. Let’s go!

• 6:40pm ct: Los Angeles Lakers vs. New Orleans Pelicans -1; Total 224.5

There has been plenty of talk the past couple days of whether or not the Lakers should tank this game against the Pelicans so that they can try and dodge the Nuggets in the first round. I don’t put much stock into that because that would set up LA in a do-or-die game against either the Warriors or Kings. Lakers have had great success against the Pelicans during the regular season and I do not think that changes here. I’m assuming Anthony Davis and LeBron James are healthy and playing in this game. I also think this game will go over the total.

This was probably the most exciting series last season. Now, it is a very bitter rivalry thanks to that series. The Kings are coming into this game a bit cold and the Warriors are hot winning eight of their last ten games. Sacramento will be without Malik Monk who was their spark plug off the bench. I still think this game will get up and down so I like it to go over the total. Three of the last four meetings have been decided by one point. They have not faced each other since January though. I’m taking the points as I make this game Golden State -1 on the road or pick ‘em.
