NBA Sides Season Record: 3-2-1 (+1.24 Units) — Betting 1 Unit to Win X

• 6:30pm cst: Philadelphia 76ers vs. Milwaukee Bucks -6; Total 227

We get our first real glimpse of the Bucks with Giannis and Dame playing together. On the other side, I have no idea what is going on with James Harden and the Sixers but it sounds like he will not play tonight. This will also be HC Nick Nurse’s debut with Philly as well. In the past I did like how Philly especially Embiid played without James Harden. This opens up Embiid and Tyrese Maxey. To me, there is too much junk going on with Philadelphia. I also am not a fan of Kelly Oubre who is more “me” than “team”. This Bucks roster is still strong and Giannis is on a mission this season after being embarrassed. So is Dame after an offseason full of drama. I expect a strong game from Milwaukee to kick off the season.

• 9:00pm cst: Phoenix Suns vs. Los Angeles Lakers -6.5; Total 226.5

Devin Booker and Bradley Beal will be OUT tonight for Phoenix. Do they both, mainly Booker count for at least six points? I am not too sure. Durant is still playing with all of the new role players for Phoenix. The Lakers got destroyed by the Nuggets and are now favored by 6.5? I am not too sure about that. Usually when these bench / role players get more playing time they usually give great performances so I do not automatically fade NBA teams with injuries to starters. I am going to buy low on the Suns once again and take the points here.
