Rasmussen loves pitching against the Yankees only giving up 8 hits and 0 earned runs in 11.2 innings of work. On the other end German has about a 4 Earned Run Average against Tampa Bay. This is a short price for the Rays coming off two losses. Not to mention Yandy and Randy have great numbers against German.
