• 5:30pm cst: Baltimore Orioles (-150) vs. Detroit Tigers

Undefeated Kyle Gibson will be taking the mound tonight for the Orioles against LHP Joey Wentz and the Detroit Tigers. Kyle Gibson has yet to lose with his respectable 3.60 ERA so far this season. A sentence I never expected to write. Not so fast. Detroit has some good numbers against Gibson and I think this is one of those games when these pesky Tigers steal a win. The Orioles do their best work vs. LHP so I will just go with the total going over on this one.

Pick: Over 8 (-110)

• 6:00pm cst: Tampa Bay Rays (-150) vs. Chicago White Sox

Each team has its ace on the mound as they meet each other for the 2nd time this season. The White Sox are 1-9 their last 10 games and the Rays are off their first losing home series of the season.

Pick: Dylan Cease Strikeouts Under 6.5 (+115)

• 6:00pm cst: Washington Nationals vs. New York Mets (-240)

I am a fan of Joey Lucchesi but a -240 favorite in his 2nd start of the season? No thank you. The Nationals’ Trevor Williams has good numbers against the Mets and I wouldn’t mind throwing a few at the Nats going for the sweep. They have the confidence right now.

• 6:30pm Kansas City Royals vs. Minnesota Twins (-210)

Tyler Mahle is on the mound for the Twins and the Royals have never scored a run against him. Yes, every thing must come to an end but Mahle is in great form and the Royals offense is not. I like this game to go low.

Night Slate

• 7:00pm cst: New York Yankees (-190) vs. Texas Rangers

Gerrit Cole who is on his way to win the strikeout leader for the season but it is still early. Andrew Heaney is on the mound and the Texas Rangers’ bullpen cannot be trusted right now. They are shook. This total is low because of Cole on the mound but I like this game to go over the total because the Rangers like to hit off of him especially at home. Give me the Over and Rangers to bounce back with the fat + number.
