Early Slate

• 5:40PM CST: Arizona Diamondbacks (-102) vs. Cleveland Guardians (-118); Total 8

Eduardo Rodriguez is making his first start of the season coming off an injury. He hasn’t had any sort of rehab start either. Jumping right into the action. He could be a bit rusty. I am going with the home team to get a win back after a late loss last night. I can’t see Rodriguez being as sharp as last season without much practice time.

• 5:40PM CST: Cincinnati Reds (-135) vs. Miami Marlins (+114); Total 8

The Reds had an offensive explosion last night (finally). The Marlins struggle against LHP and Nick Lodolo will be on the mound. Gonna hold my breath and back the Reds. Let’s hope the offense can show up again.

• 5:40PM CST: San Francisco Giants (-120) vs. Washington Nationals (+100); Total 9

We are getting another favorable price with the Giants. It only feels like a trap because Mackenzie Gore is on the mound and the Giants struggle against LHP. But, the Giants are hot right now and they have a pitcher that can take car of business. I’ll bite.

Evening Slate

• 6:00PM CST: Baltimore Orioles (-155) vs. Toronto Blue Jays (+130); Total 8.5

Toronto SP Chris Bassitt has been awful against the Orioles. Simple here. Fading Bassitt against the Orioles offense. Grayson Rodriguez has also been locked in.

• 6:20PM CST: Milwaukee Brewers (+110) vs. Atlanta Braves (-130); Total 9

Bryce Elder was in rough shape but since coming back up from the minor leagues he has been locked in. He had one bad start (we faded him) but he’s had a ton of success against Milwaukee. I’m going Braves here. Collin Rea has been shaky vs. Atlanta. It’s a different Braves offense buy I am more so trusting Elder.

• 6:40PM CST: Tampa Bay Rays (+130) vs. St. Louis Cardinals (-155); Total 7.5

Sonny Gray has been on great for STL. The Cardinals have been cold though. Tampa Bay keeps cashing road dog tickets for us. I’m loving this price with Jefferey Springs.

• 7:00PM CST: Minnesota Twins (-108) vs. Chicago Cubs (-112); Total 6

No play on the total for me due to the wind. Two great pitchers on the mound though with Pablo Lopez going against Shota Imanaga. Twins are red hot and taking the price. With this weather anything can happen so I’m backing the pitcher who has been sharper as of late.

We are getting plus money again with the Red Sox. Seth Lugo struggled mightily last time he faced the Red Sox. Brayan Bello hasn’t been great but has strong numbers against the Royals. Taking a shot with the plus money.

Here is our dirty dog of the day. Although I thought we would be getting a much better number. Kyle Freeland has been strong and the Mets aren’t the best against LHP. Taking a shot.

The Mariners offense hasn’t been great but they have not been as bad as the Tigers. Backing Castillo to shut them down.

Clayton Kershaw got roughed up his last time out. I am expecting a bounce back against the struggling Phillies. Dodgers also are the better hitting LHP team. Dodgers kill lefties.
