College Baseball World Series Championship: Game 2

We have made it to Omaha for the College Baseball World Series. We will break down todays games and will have a power rankings listed below to help those who are looking for CWS futures. We will have wagers throughout the weekend and we still have our futures. We are betting 1 unit to win x and for baseball we do not go lower than -165. This is a steep price but there are opportunities where the number should be -200 so this is why that is our limit. On the games where we have a ML and RL bet you can always choose whichever price is best for you, rather than playing both. Check out our home page where all the regional handicaps will be daily.

College Baseball World Series Record: (+8.77 units)

• 6:00pm cst: Florida Gators (-115) vs. LSU Tigers (-115)

There is a ton of pressure on Waldrep to carry this Florida team to a Game 3. In my opinion, Waldrep is the best of the three starting pitchers. The Gator bats woke up a bit last night but will it be enough? Florida did comeback strong after the Texas Tech loss, which was their only loss until last night. It sparked their run to the National Championship. I am assuming LSU will start junior LHP Nate Ackenhausen who had a stellar game against Wake Forest. The wind is blowing around 21 mph with wind gusts up to 38 mph coming from directly behind home plate to center field. LSU is scolding hot but I think it is time to zag on the Tigers and back Florida. I am not too confident Ackenhausen can duplicate his last performance. We are up almost 9 units so we can afford a little contrarian action today. I really like the energy Florida played with after its loss to Texas Tech. I have not forgotten that Regional and the way Florida plays its best with its back against the wall. What the hell. Go Gators.
