1:30PM CT: Oklahoma State Cowboys -1 vs. FLorida Atlantic Owls
This is an interesting spread. OSU hasn’t played anyone but are favored on a neutral floor. FAU has played a tougher schedule against formidable opponents. I’ll take the Owls here who can stroke the three.

6:00PM CT: Syracuse Orangemen vs. Texas Longhorns -11
The Longhorns have some great scoring additions but they are lacking the tough Rodney Terry defense early in the season. Syracuse is well coached and shouldn’t be double digit favorites in New York. Texas has played an extremely weak schedule since getting blown out by Ohio State. I think this spread is a little too wide.

8:00PM CT: Texas Tech Red Raiders -10 vs. Saint Joseph’s Hawks; Total 148
St. Joe’s looked great against Villanova but that was at home. They’ll be playing one of the best offensive teams in the country in Texas Tech. I thought about taking the double digits but I’m not sure what to expect with the step up in competition for both schools. I do think they can get this game over the total. Hopefully there isn’t any issues with the game ball like a couple weeks ago in Atlanta.

4:00PM CT: Seton Hall Pirates vs. VCU Rams -7
New Play 3:15PM CT. Seton Hall has struggled to start the season losing to lesser opponents. They are not a good rebounding or shooting team. In the past their rebounding and defense carried them. VCU is red hot right now and I think their defense will clamp down on Hall. I was holding out for a possible -6 but I think we are still getting a deal. Y’all know we love our defensive teams. I’ll lay it here.

6:00PM CT: Baylor Bears -2.5 vs. St. John’s Red Storm; Total 151.5
After watching Baylor against Gonzaga, they do not have the same type of defense like in years past. Scott Drew has traded that for explosive offense. The Johnnies play solid defense but they also like to get up and down the floor. I think these two turn this game into a track meet.

6:30PM CT: Vanderbilt Commodores vs. Nevada Wolf Pack -2.5; Total 149.5
This game should be a track meet. Nevada looks like the real deal and Vandy is slightly untested. Both offenses have shown thus far they like to get up and down the court and can score points. The rims have been friendly so far in Charleston and I think it continues in this one.

8:30PM CT: Tennessee Volunteers -12 vs. Virginia Cavaliers; Total 127.5
We are going to have a better idea of how good this Tennessee offense is along with the Virginia defense. Virginia scored 70 against a decent Villanova defense and Nova scored 60 on the Virginia defense. If Tennessee can score 60-70 points I think this game will go over the total. Tennessee is going to be tough on both sides of the ball but this total still feels low. I don’t want to bet the spread because I don’t know how good the Virginia offense is. If Tennessee can get out and score early that’ll push the pace in this one. I’m going over.
