  • 11:00AM CT: Virginia Cavaliers vs. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets -1

It’s been a down year for both of these schools but the Yellow Jackets found something late in the year putting together a winning streak until losing to Wake Forest over the weekend. I think they can get it done against Virginia by leaning on their defense and their rebounding. UVA is one of the worst rebounding teams in the country.

Play: Georgia Tech -1 (-105) [via DraftKings]

  • 11:30AM CT: Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Iowa State Cyclones -9.5

Cincinnati is fighting for their tournament lives. Iowa State on the other hand is trying to survive their injury problems and build some momentum heading into the tournament. I make this game closer to 6/7 for the Cyclones. If Cincinnati can rebound like they did yesterday, they’ll be in great shape. Too many points, I’ll scoop um up.

Play: Cincinnati +9.5 (-115) [via DraftKings]

  • 12:00PM CT: South Carolina Gamecocks vs. Arkansas Razorbacks -4.5

Arkansas is clearly the more talented team but you have South Caroline on the ropes. SC has lost so many games this year by a couple possessions. Last time they met Arkansas they blew them out. Pressure is on Arkansas to at least scoop up a couple wins to cement their ticket into the tournament. I think they are in but you just never know how many automatic qualifiers can steal bids. I’m taking the points in what I think is going to be a close game.

Play: South Carolina +4.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 1:30PM CT: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. North Carolina Tar Heels -10.5

Notre Dame escaped with a victory yesterday. North Carolina is playing for their lives but are they really 10 points better than Notre Dame? I don’t think so. Notre Dame can still play tough defense and if they can get some open threes they can give Carolina problems. Too many points for me.

Play: Notre Dame +10.5 (-105) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:30PM CT: Texas Longhorns vs. Vanderbilt Commodores -2.5

This is a five point swing from when Texas was favored by -2.5 AT Vanderbilt. Huge swing. It was basically a coin flip game. The difference was Vandy had a 20+ FT advantage at one point that eventually ended in about a 10+ FT advantage. Tre Johnson failed to score a FG in the Longhorns’ loss to Oklahoma at home. I expect a big day for the freshman in a do or die game for the Texas Longhorns.

Play: Texas +2.5 (-110) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:00PM CT: Butler Bulldogs -1.5 vs. Providence Friars

These two teams could not be any colder but somebody has to win! The talent level is similar and both teams always have you asking, “will the offense show up”? I’ll take Providence and their defense. They have the better chance at getting hot in my opinion.

Play: Providence +1.5 (+100) [via DraftKings]

  • 5:30PM CT: UTEP Miners vs. Liberty Flames -7.5

Another game that feels like a coin flip but UTEP is getting 7.5 points. I love this UTEP defense and this is too many to lay against teams that are close to even. Liberty struggles against the aggressive Miners defense as well.

Play: UTEP +7.5 (-115) [via DraftKings]

  • 7:30PM CT: USC Trojans -1 vs. Rutgers Scarlet Knights

Rutgers’ team is built for tournament. A couple big plays, hot runs and this team can get hot. They can rack up some wins and give some teams a tough time. USC is dying thanks to the Muss Bus. Rutgers should roll this one.

Play: Rutgers +1 (-105) [via DraftKings]

  • 8:30PM CT: Oklahoma Sooners vs. Georgia Bulldogs -3.5

I’ll say it again, Georgia is one of the hottest teams going right now. OU escaped against Texas but I don’t think that happens again. Georgia continues to roll.

Play: Georgia -3.5 (-115) [via DraftKings]

  • 8:30PM CT: Syracuse Orangemen vs. SMU Mustangs -8.5

SMU seems to be a bit overvalued with this number. Syracuse was somehow and underdog last night to Florida State last night. If Syracuse plays like they did last night, and feed the post they will find success against SMU. Way too many points.

Play: Syracuse +8.5 (-102) [via DraftKings]
