Our winning streak continued last night after Kansas blew out Iowa State and UAB escaped with a cover against North Texas. Huge slate of games and I think I found the perfect ones for us. I did avoid the Big 10 because I’m tired of how unpredictable it is. Also, I was close to grabbing Vandy but I wanted 12 points. Happy to pass it though. Let’s keep this going.

• 5:30PM CST: Marquette Golden Eagles vs. St. John’s Red Storm -2.5

Marquette let us down on Saturday with an absolute dud of a game at home against UConn. St. John’s on the other hand, played a tough game and extended their winning streak defeating Providence. The Johnnies havne’t defeated Marquette in years. This is a different team though. I think St. John’s gets a tough game from Marquette but the ultimately hold on.

• 6:00PM CST: Kentucky Wildcats vs. Ole Miss Rebels -4.5

It’s not that this is any surprise but the SEC is a gauntlet and Ole Miss is on a tough stretch. They hosted Texas last week and narrowly escaped with a win. Auburn did take it to them in Oxford though. In both games, Ole Miss doubled up the opposition in the free throw department. The Rebs do play hard and try to draw fouls in the paint but it’s been a too suspicious to me. Especially during the Texas game. I don’t see the Rebels getting the same type of treatment a third game in a row. Too many points here. I’ll take Kentucky getting more than 4 in a bounce back spot after getting killed by Arkansas.

• 8:00PM CST: Baylor Bears vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders -7.5

This should be a crazy crowd in Lubbock tonight. Will the Red Raiders build on their huge weekend win at Houston? Or fall flat against Baylor? The Bears had a great home win as well defeating Kansas after coming from behind. This game should be close but Baylor has one of the worst three point shooting defenses in the country. Texas Tech is a top 25 3PT shooting team. Also, when Baylor is a big road dog they have come up losers every time. I’ll lay the wood with this crazy crowd.

• 9:00PM CST: Kansas State Wildcats vs. Arizona State Sun Devils -3

Don’t look now but the Kansas State Wildcats may be building on something late in the season after a rocky start. They are on a three game winning streak and face-off against a weak ASU side. A three point favorite? I’m not so sure I buy into that. I’ll take the road points with the hotter team.

• 10:00PM CST: Arizona Wildcats vs. BYU Cougars -3

I do not buy into this Arizona team. They are a halfcourt shot away from a downward spiral. BYU started slow but is heating up with a winning streak of their own. I think Arizona has a wake up call and BYU gets a statement win they need. I like the home Cougars and their home court in a late night tip.
