College Basketball Season Record: 154-152-11 — Betting 1 Unit to Win X

• 11:00am cst: Seton Hall Pirates vs. Villanova Wildcats -7; Total 131.5

This line looks like it has ran a bit too far towards Nova. They were absolutely lights out against the Friars last Sunday and some may think they repeat that performance. Both teams are desperate for a win especially Seton Hall to climb back into that NCAA conversation. Seton Hall has had some off and on injury issues but these teams rate close to even with Hall having the rebound edge.

• 12:00pm cst: Penn State Nittany Lions vs. Northwestern Wildcats -8; Total 146.5

One of our favorite teams, the Penn State Nittany Lions are back in action! They play tough defensively and continue to be resilient in Big 10 play. It’s hard to tell what you are getting with Northwestern, they are either red hot from three or not. This number should be closer to five. I’ll take the points in what I hope will be a rock fight.

• 1:00pm cst: UAB Blazers -3 vs. Tulsa Golden Hurricanes; Total 153.5

Will UAB suffer a hangover after defeating FAU? I don’t think so. Tulsa has been ice cold for awhile now. They can only shoot threes and that has not held up for them long term. I will take my chances with UAB staying focused on the road.

• 1:00pm cst: North Texas Mean Green vs. SMU Mustangs -6; Total 126.5

We have been betting against SMU in these high spread. SMU is a good team and I am a massive fan but they have trouble holding onto games and closing them out. North Texas will have a tough defense and should be able to keep this game close. Too many points once again.

• 1:00pm cst: Charlotte 49ers -6 vs. Temple Owls; Total 133.5

It’s time for a hold your nose type of game and hope our side shows up. I like Temple in this game. Charlotte is off a massive blown lead against USF. Will they be able to stay focused on Temple? The Owls have been stingy and playing tough at home. Charlotte hasn’t been the best on the road either. I’ll take the points.
