College Basketball Sides Season Record: 3-2-0 (+0.73 Units) — Betting 1 Unit to Win X
7:00pm cst: Northern Iowa vs. North Texas -4; Total 130
North Texas is in a rebuilding mode after losing their head coach and most of their talent from last season. Northern Iowa, on the other hand, has almost all of their top scorers back. They are young, but experienced. This should be a competitive game, but I favor the more seasoned team.

8:00pm cst: Auburn Tigers -1.5 vs. Baylor Bears; Total 148
Baylor may have a good team this season, but it may take more than the first game of the year to show it. Auburn will be bringing in a veteran team led by one of the best big men in the country: Johnie Broome. The backcourt also has plenty of experience. Unlike Auburn, Baylor will need time to gel. The last time we saw this Auburn team, they blew a huge lead to Houston in the NCAA Tournament. I expect a strong performance from Auburn.

9:00pm cst: UC Irvine Anteaters -3.5 vs. San Jose State Spartans; Total 128.5
This San Jose State program is still building, and they just lost their top two scorers from last season. UC Irvine is in a similar situation, but the Anteaters have been playing overseas all fall. I expect the Anteaters to have an edge at the start of the season because of this extra practice. I will take my chance with the 'Eaters.
