• 6:00pm cst: Wake Forest Demon Deacons vs. North Carolina Tar Heels -7.5; Total 158

On a neutral floor this would be a close matchup but I’m not so sure in the Dean Smith Center. Wake Forest has a solid offense and is also a very good three point shooting team. North Carolina will need to chase them off the three point line and force them to take difficult shots. The Tar Heels will also have a large rebounding edge. If Carolina can play good defense on the perimeter and dominate the boards I feel like they will be successful. UNC will roll here and Wake will get their revenge at home. This line just moved to eight in some places and I would still play that number.

• 8:00pm cst: Hofstra Pride -3.5 vs. Stony Brook Seawolves; Total 140

Hofstra comes in as a 3.5 favorite although they have loss six straight road games. Stony Brook on the other hand has been a pretty good home team winning six of seven. Stony Brook has better metrics than Hofstra and I think there will be an upset tonight. I am not agreeing with this line. It may be dicey but I like Stony Brook in this game.

• 8:00pm cst: Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Kansas Jayhawks -8; Total 147

Typically when Kansas takes a bad loss especially on the road they always bounce back in a big way at home. I expect Phog Allen Fieldhouse to be rockin’ tonight. Cincinnati is new to the Big 12 but every one of their games has gone down to the wire. The Bearcats are a great defensive and rebounding team. Sometimes Cinci struggles to score offensively but their rebounding helps create multiple possessions. The situation calls for a big Kansas game but the Jayhawks have been played close at home this season. If Cincinnati can rebound and avoid turnovers they can keep this one close.
