Purdue has not looked great at any point this season especially on the defensive side of the ball. They can score but turn the ball over too many times. It feels that Wisconsin may be figuring out their team now and this could be their breakout game. Yes, they are on the road but Purdue just got ran out of the building by Syracuse. I like Tanner Mordecai in this battle of Texas QBs along with the Wisconsin defense.

Alright it’s time to plug your nose and do dumpster diving with the dog: Virginia Cavaliers. We have a huge revenge game, if you will. NC State has ex Virginia QB Brennan Armstrong and OC Robert Anae heading back to Virginia to face the Cavaliers. I actually think this Virginia team is improving some with freshman QB Anthony Colandrea. UVA had 4 turnovers against Maryland and blew their 14 point lead and never scored again. If they can limit the turnover and stop Armstrong’s running game they will have a chance to keep this one close. It may be a stinker trusting UVA but they should be up for this game.

• 9:30pm cst: Boise State Broncos -6 vs. San Diego State Aztecs; Total 47

This San Diego State team hung tough on the road last weekend with Oregon State losing 26-9. That is not bad compared to what the Beavers did to San Jose State. Boise State has not done much against FBS competition. I do not agree with this number especially the Aztecs being dogs. Could I be wrong? Sure. In fact I like this rushing attack with SDST and their defense. No respect for this Brady Hoke defense. This is a great Mountain West showdown with two teams who like to run the ball. I think this one goes under and the Aztecs win by 6 points.
