• 6:00pm cst: Virginia Cavaliers vs. Maryland Terrapins -15; Total 47.5

The Virginia Cavaliers are off to a rough start with a tough schedule now having to face the Maryland Terrapins. The Terrapins have an explosive offense but they also have a very strong, underrated defense. Virginia will be trotting out a freshmen quarterback who may have some trouble tonight. Charlotte was able to jump out in front of Maryland last weekend to make it appear they were close but it was really due to Maryland’s mishaps. The Terps should be focused in this game not letting it happen again - the slow start. I see Maryland winning by 17 points here leaning on their defense and using the passing game to score on a weak Virginia team.

• 6:00pm cst: Army Black Knights vs. UTSA Roadrunners -7; Total 42

It sounds like Frank Harris will be OUT but nothing official yet. He was seen wearing a walking boot during pre game warmups. UTSA’s backup Eddie Lee Marburger is more than capable of stepping in. I also feel UTSA will be leaning on their run game. Army has had success against the Roadrunners in the past and this game will also be in San Antonio, a military town so there will be support in the Alamodome. This game will be tight and I am going with the under as I see both teams running the ball and UTSA trying to win with their defense in a conservative game.

Pick: Under 42 (-110) [via DraftKings]

• 7:00pm cst: Utah State Aggies vs. Air Force Falcons -9.5; Total 45.5

Utah State has an offense and they can air it out with QB Legas. They played Iowa tough and only loss by 10 on the road. The spread is is 9 in this game. Utah State has also won the last two meanings. Air Force lost a lot from last season and in my opinion this number is a bit high. I’m taking the dog here to keep the game close and maybe even pull off the win for a third time in a row.
