EDIT 10/15/24 6:09PM CST: We were able to scoop in and grab the -8’s in both games at 5:25PM. It didn’t take long for USA to shoot back up to -10. Let’s go!
6:30PM CST: Troy Trojans vs. South Alabama Jaguars -12; Total 56.5
This Troy Trojans team is reeling. They are not as strong as they have been in recent years, and we have not stopped talking about this season. Texas State just finished gaining close to 500 yards of total offense, winning by three touchdowns. South Alabama is about ready to beat up on somebody. It’s been a while. I think they can finally get their offense back up and running.

7:00PM CST: Kennesaw State Owls vs. Mid Tenn State Blue Raiders -10
The Owls have the worst offense in the country, and the defense isn’t great. Middle Tennessee was killed last week by Louisiana Tech because of all their turnovers. The Blue Raiders offense looks good, but they have one of the worst defenses in the country. I did like what I saw from MTSU offensively. They just literally fumbled the game away. This Kennesaw State offense is atrocious and could be what MTSU needs to get their season back on track.

8:00PM CST: Louisiana Tech Bulldogs -10.5 vs. New Mexico State Aggies
I’m not sure what it was, but this Louisiana Tech team was playing with an energy I have not seen from them in years. They ran up and down the field against MTSU. If they play the same way—which I think they will—I see them destroying NMSU. The Aggies are an awful team. LaTech is trending in the right direction. This one should be a blowout. Also, there is no look-ahead game for the Bulldogs, so I expect them to be locked in.
